Day one of Staff Appreciation at Jennings is complete! Thank you JPO, Darcee Rockhold, JES Student Council, and our very own food service! We had amazing breakfast food from food service, chair massages from Darcee, snacks from Student Council, muffins from Mrs Smead, and coffee and cocoa from JPO! Thank you thank you!
QMS competed this morning at the Legg Middle School Quiz Bowl in Coldwater. Three of our longest tenured Quiz Bowlers (Olivia, Madison, and Jayden) teamed up to win the 8th grade competition! In a fierce battle to the end, they finished one point ahead of St. Charles, while also knocking off Coldwater and Three Rivers. Along with them, Easton competed alone in the 7th grade competition, holding his own until the end, finishing 2nd among the 7th grade teams. Way to go, QMS brainiacs!

5th grade is halfway through their M-STEP testing! To celebrate that and Earth Day, they utilized the nice weather to work on cleaning caps and enjoy some fresh air. Some 7th graders even joined in to help!
Mrs. Barve’s 7th Grade Science class is learning about populations and resources and took their reading and annotation skills outside to enjoy the nice weather while they learn about increases and decreases of populations in nature. 🐿️
Kindergarten and first graders took a trip to Tibbits Opera House today! It was reported that our students' were so patient and demonstrated wonderful behavior! So proud of you!
