A special thank-you to our National Honor Society (NHS) students who volunteered their time this past Sunday to paint the JPO Shed as part of a service project! We appreciate their hard work, community spirit, and commitment to making a positive difference!
In groups, Mrs.Benson's 8th grade STEM class created a Halloween scene focused on foreground, middle ground, and background elements. They were also required to use shadowing and have a light feature in their creation. Once each group finished their drawing, it was cut on our LP2 laser cutter.

A limited number of tickets will also be available at the door before each performance! It is recommended to buy ahead of time as the theater has a limited capacity.

Tomorrow, 10/23, is ROCK STAR day at Jennings! Students have filled our Bird Buck tower up to the "R" with evidence of their superhero behavior. Now we celebrate our awesome start to the year with Rock Star Day! Students and staff can wear hats, sunglasses, wigs, band t-shirts, and dress like their favorite rock star! (school appropriate of course) Great Job Jennings Superheroes!
The 5th grade students have been learning about the Native American tribes across the United States. For our half-day last week, the students worked to build a 3d model of one of the homes used by those tribes. Students also had the option to build some of other models over the weekend.
Would you like some easy dinner plans for Tuesday night, while also helping QMS YIG kids with the cost of their conference? Come to Culver's between 5:00 and 8:00. Our kids will be helping throughout that time. Thank you for your support!
Students in Ms. Hard's ELA classes have been working hard on their Hatchet projects. We had some amazing dioramas, posters, survival guides, games, and even a rap! Students had fun trying out their classmates' games after everyone presented. Way to go, QMS!
