QMS got a massive donation for our project of collecting plastic lids to then turn into benches (or other items). Our new friends, Ms. Mina and Ms. Dot, made the long drive to Quincy today to bring a TRUCKLOAD of plastic lids to donate to us and our project. Mrs. McCullough's class helped bring our 20+ bags of lids in to prep for the next step of the process. More information is coming soon on our project, as we have made this a building-wide, cross-curricular project. Students have been working on letters and advertisements that will be coming out in the next week or so.
