Web Pre-Enrollment

Registration at Quincy Schools will take place in the school building your child will be attending.  We offer a pre-enrollment form that is accessable through the web to get the process started.  Filling out this form will also save time when you come into the school for registration.  If you fill out the pre-enrollment form online, please inform the secretary that you have done so when you come to the building.

Items needed for enrollment

These are the following items you should bring with you when enrolling your child at Quincy Schools:

Birth Certificate
    This MUST be the original, from the court house.
Proof of Residency
    You could bring a utility bill, rent receipt, drivers license,etc.
Shot Records
    Bring the most current updated records of shots.
