Quincy Board of Education Goals Every year, the Quincy Board of Education and the administrators and supervisors of the district meet in June to discuss the upcoming school year goals and objectives. This goal setting meeting has proven to be very effective in the communication between the Board of Education and the Administration of Quincy Community Schools. When the meeting is complete, the Board chooses many different areas of focus and will gear the upcoming year's decisions and actions based on the goals.
